  • I was visiting Phoenix from LA over Thanksgiving and happened to come across this store in my search for a couch. I was impressed with the store when I walked in as they have cool, contemporary and unique home items. I liked the fact that their showroom was similar to what I could find in Santa Monica or Venice, but they were much more reasonably priced. I fell in love with a couch, and with the sale they were having I was able to get it for 50% off. The best part of the store though was the customer service. Jason was very attentive and helpful. When I requested if they ship to LA, he didn't hesitate and got on the phone right away to try to work it for me. I had been talking to other stores in Phoenix and none of them were willing to set up a shipment. Not only did Jason get the shipment arranged, but he did it really cheaply! I was able to get it in my home in LA, in less than a week, for a shipping cost of only $117! Jason then called me the next week to ensure that my sofa had arrived and to tell me that he had personally wrapped/packed the sofa. It arrived on time, looks great and was great quality.
