| - I came here on a Friday morning looking for breakfast because it seemed to be a well-praised location on Yelp. The place seemed to be decently occupied with Regent Square locals and the waitress was pretty friendly, checking up on us multiple times throughout the meal.
The interior decoration is a bit quirky. There's a diner vibe with the tables, chairs, and bar counter, but the whole place is pretty colorful. From the bowls to the spots of color all over the place, color was indeed all over the place. I appreciated the local art hanging from the walls.
I decided to order the protein breakfast ($10) with scrambled eggs, bacon and their protein cinnamon pancake. My boyfriend tried their sweety white omelet ($11) which came with a side of fruit as well. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries ($5) and OJ ($2.50). When the food arrived, we were ready to dig in. The OJ was maybe a little more than a cup in volume? and it was priced at $2.50, and another $2.50 for a refill! Definitely not worth it. The fries were super thin and unsatisfying, small portion size as well. The omelet, pancake, and eggs were okay. Nothing too outstanding about them. My boyfriend seemed to appreciate their thicker cut bacon.
Overall, for the price that we paid, I expected better. Either better quality or greater quantity. It was only an average meal and I don't believe it's worth its price.
