  • Went there to get my puppy her second shot but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. When we went there, the receptionist tried to translate it to Chinese for us, not knowing we understood English perfectly fine, which was really nice of her of course. But we were better off just talking to the doctor himself. However, he wasn't the best at explaining it in English (he's Korean). He barely checked my puppy and prescribed 2 meds. Everything seemed very rushed, they just seemed like they wanted our money. Even after they gave us the meds, the vet did not explain to us what was wrong with our puppy and why he gave us what he did. I'm having doubts as to whether he even knows what kennel cough is! I went to 2 other AAHA accredited vets to check my puppy again, asked 4 vets in total, all of them said the meds ashcott prescribed and unnecessary. This clinic was very unprofessional and did now show any honesty, respect or the knowledge a vet is suppose to have, they just try to take your money. For $5 more you can get far better treatment for your pet elsewhere.
