UPDATE 2:
Not sure why someone would find this review funny... It's just an honest review. I was pleased with the technician (Lance) sent out to our house. He was very helpful and addressed the minor issues with our system at no cost. It does sound like we will need to replace the entire outside unit as well as the furnace in the near future, but they did what they could fix our current unit. I found Lances customer service and Roberts to be exceptional. Lance did everything Robert had promised over the phone to make things right after our negative experience over the phone.
I am going to get some additional quotes and opinions before I make a final decision about full replacement of the unit. Depending on what I hear from a second company I have coming out Thursday my review may update again. Robert did assure me that they will beat any quote I receive. For now, I will set my review up to 5 stars, pending the final outcome and additional information received from our second opinion.
UPDATE:
Robert called and apologized for the service I received over the phone. He said he would have someone out to our house on Monday and offered to waive the inspection fee. He was very friendly and helpful. I have bumped up the rating to 3 stars because we still have not had them out to the house yet, but I will bump it to 5 stars come Monday if everything goes as expected and they are able to help us resolve the issue. Thank you, Robert, for calling me I appreciate your assistance.

One star is way too much. I called to have someone come do a service call on our new house and they lady I spoke with was extremely rude. She said she had someone available to come out on Monday and I said that would be great let's schedule it. When she found out I had a home warranty she said sorry we can't help you, your policy won't cover it if you go through us. I said our policy did not cover AC and I would still like them to come out and she said "No, we are too busy to come out". Two seconds earlier she said they were available for Monday. I asked her if she was refusing my business and she said yes because "you will just go through your home warranty once you find out the cost". I then repeated our home warranty does not cover the AC and she still refused to place the service call. Horrible service .
