  • I have been to this store a few times. My first experience was awful, the guys helping me buy a phone for my mom seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and kept acting unprofessional and like little kids. Hated it!!! But sometimes you must give things a second try, glad I did. Went in last night to upgrade my phone... Alondra made experience an unforgettable one. She was SUPER friendly, and did everything she could to help me. We had problems with the transaction, but she talked with me the whole time. Sometimes places like this are unjoyable... but she forsure made it plessurable. Diffently will be back due to Alondra's customer service!!!
