I worked with SES for my wedding reception because they came with the reception venue (Wyndham Grant Desert). I was a little nervous after the tasting because some of the food was oversalted, but I asked that they lower the salt for the reception and the food came out AMAZING. We had beef tri tip, chicken parmesan, and a vegetarian dish that was basically a veggie sandwich with portabello mushrooms instead of bread. It was so delicious; our guests stayed in Vegas for several days and everyone I talked to told me it was the best food they'd had all weekend.
The caterers were also very helpful and provided cake plates for free even though we brought in a cake from Freed's, and they have a nice package deal of $3/person for china plates, napkins and silverware. They also let us add champagne to the open bar for cheap and were flexible on pricing for our third entree. They also were able to help me figure out kosher options and dietary restrictions for our guests which I really appreciated.
I know that they have options for centerpieces and fancier china but we didn't need that for our wedding-it seems like they are very flexible in terms of fanciness.
All in all I was so happy with them; the food was delicious and was the perfect end to my wedding day. Thanks SES!
