I went in for an oil change that was supposed to take 30-60 mins. 5 1/2 hours later I showed up to get my car and they said they had been calling and emailing me all day. No one called and no one emailed me. They insisted that I need my battery cables replaced since my battery (that they installed) was leaking all over the terminals and connectors in my car. They also stated that my air filters needed to be replaced, which I found hilarious since I just replaced them less than 3 weeks before I got to the dealership. Since I did not have $1000 on me to replace the cables, I left.
The next week I went to two other garages who both quotes me under $200 to replace the battery cables but both agreed that my cables did not need to be replaced. They both said my battery was leaking and the connectors would need to be replaced as well as the battery
I was able to get the parts I needed from O'Reilly and a brand new battery from Costco all for under $100.
I called the dealership multiple times. The Service Director, Gwen, was never available and never returned my call. The Service Manager, Steve, could also not be found. When I finally spoke to a service rep, he told me that the battery was my responsibility and the manufactures warranty of 100 months was no longer valid. Even though Bell replaced the battery themselves less than a year ago. I was even planning on purchasing my next car from them. NOT NOW!
Do your research. If they tell you that your car needs something; look for a second opinion. Do not trust these guys with your vehicle. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Customer Service does NOT exist at this dealership.
