  • Can't say enough good things about this hotel! We stayed in the paradise suite last year and had such a great time that we came back during Christmas. They were running a special so I booked 3 nights for us in the paradise tower for under $300!! When we got there, they had us on the casino tower with two beds which was not what we had booked. The room looked old too. I called the front desk the next day and asked them to switch us because it wasn't what we requested. For some reason, the lady was still trying to sell us on the Casino tower. Nevertheless, I insisted to move towers. Thank goodness I did because they apologized and upgraded us to a corner room with a view of the strip! Thank you for setting the bar high, Hard Rock! Parking is still free and we had an amazing time! They don't have much compared to the other hotels on the strip, but when you're getting comfort at an affordable price, it's hard to hear that!!! Will definitely book the paradise tower again and if we're feeling baller, we'll look into booking for the HRH!
