These positive reviews MUST be false because I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I just experienced. I was transferred to Susan after Bree (very nice) answered. Susan picked up the phone and answered like I was bothering her. I ignored it and went on with my question. The tone she used at first was rude and then she had the audacity to laugh at me while I was trying to explain the situation. Her attitude is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and whoever is in charge should rethink their staff. Your {the company} loss for not listening because you missed out on a great tenant.
