  • This place does not disappoint! I stopped by 808 between visits for work today. There were quite a few moms and children in line when I pulled into the lot. The line went a little slower than I would have liked, but man...they sure made up for it once they placed that beautiful cup of flavored, feathery delicious ice in my hand! They have a lot of different flavors to chose from & even offer some favorite combinations, as well as the classics (think cherry, orange, grape, etc.). Some of the fun different flavors they offer are red velvet, watermelon, cinnamon, coffee, chocolate.....just to name a few. I went with Blue Hawaii, Watermelon & Pina Colada. I really really liked all 3 of the flavors I picked. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors. The shave ice isn't anything like a snow cone with hard chunks of ice drowning in super sweet syrup. Instead, shave ice is shaved down so fine, it just melts in your mouth. The flavoring they use is just the perfect amount so that once you get to the end of the treat, there isn't a puddle of syrup. I am so happy I stumbled across 808! I will be back, next time with my husband!!!
