The main attraction for this place is the patio and the location. On a sunny day, it's the perfect space to have a beer and watch the world walk by on Queen St West. The location can't be beat with plenty of people wandering past everyday. Otherwise, it's a mediocre pub with the usual limited beer options and food choices. I would recommend the waffle fries, cus they are a more unique sighting on menus than the regular fare.
Word of caution, you might have some trouble flagging down service when you are on the patio, we sat for a good 10 minutes with several other tables looking around for our server. She eventually came around and we got our orders in quickly after that. Not a big problem if you are here to kill time and hang out, but could cause a problem if you are in a rush somewhere or dying of thirst.
