  • Lets face it, if you're at a body shop you have had a bad day. Mike and his staff make the process as painless as possible. Dealing with Tanner reminds me of living back home in New England and talking with an old family friend. They are friendly, explain everything and offer options without being pushy. The work they do is amazing. My car looks brand new, the work was completed sooner than promised and my car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. They even stayed a few extra minutes after closing when I was on my way so I could get my car that day.
