  • I want to give a shout out to Southwest for handling a situation on Thursday that left my wife to miss her original flight with me to Cabo due to her maiden name on her passport that was different from her reservation. Long story short I had to fly out without my wife to be with our bags in hopes she was able to catch another flight out that day to meet me in Cabo for our wedding anniversary vacation. They went above and beyond for my wife as she cried when finding out she had to stay behind in San Diego. They took great care of her and I am extremely grateful for it. They didn't have to fix the issue since it was ultimately our mistake, but the made up for it anyways and I can't thank them enough. Southwest you are the best and I will continue to fly with you! Thank you!
