We are a military family that has moved all over. The customer service of this company is the worst I have encountered. I was pleased with the person who showed me the home. I felt like he was truly proud to represent the company. I noted multiple deficiencies of the home during our move in walk thru and was assured that they would be taken care of before I moved my family in a week later. A week later we discovered that none of that was taken care of and while the first few issues were addressed in the following days after we moved in, another major issue arose stemming from the company's failure to prepare this home for move in properly. We put in a work order for the major issue and based on the circumstances, it should have been investigated with in the 72 hours they say they have to contact a tenant for non emergency problems. A week passed with no communication. I called the number listed at the bottom of the work order email. The tech I spoke to was shocked that no one had called me yet. She said she was expediting the work order and to expect a call shortly. That was this past Monday. By 10 a.m. yesterday no one had called. I called the number again only to be told my work order had been canceled but the tech couldn't tell me why so he patched me through to Gloria. Gloria tells me that the person I need to contact, Karrie Hamilton, was out of the office and I'd need to email her.She also could not tell me who or why my work order was canceled and why no one notified me. So I sent an email letting Miss Hamilton know the entire situation, with very clear pictures of the situation, and how awful I felt as a tenant because of the run around I had recieved. A few hours later I got a call from Gloria saying that a tech from a pest control company would be contacting me. That was it. No response from Miss Hamilton apologizing for the bad service, no answers why the work order was canceled, no apology or concern that we had been distraught and stressed because of the issue that was caused by their lack of preparation. I am thankful that the pest control company that was requested to fix our issue was prompt, courteous, and sympathetic I find the lack of concern and communication from Progress Residential to be awful. That's a HORRIBLE way to do business and they should be ashamed.
