  • We were traveling and found Cheesecake Factory by accident and decided to have lunch. I'm a big fan of it in Chicago but was disappointed on this one. My husband ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and when he took a bite the meat was pink and still raw. We called the waitress and when we told her about it she laughed and offered to get him something else. He declined due to the fact he was grossed out. I ordered the burrito grande and it was good but it was filled with a lot of rice and very little chicken. For the prices we have to pay to eat here I expect high quality food and service.
