  • I always come to this Buckle when I'm shopping for jeans. I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. Each time I go in, I'm usually helped by the same person (I'm sorry, but I never got her name. Really tall girl with short brunette hair) and she's always so helpful. They will get you into a fitting room and keep brining you pants to try on. Usually, they can tell what size and fit you are by just a glance(which I think is absolutely amazing!). I read another review where a girl literally sold the shirt off her back to someone. I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN! I was in, shopping with a friend, and my friend found a shirt she just loved but they didn't have any in her size in Stock. The girl (again, I didn't get her name, short girl with long blonde hair) was wearing the exact size and shirt and offered to let my friend try it on to see if she liked it. My friend loved how it looked on herself and they ordered one just for her. I have never been to any other place that has had such amazing customer service.
