Do not use UPS they do not care about customer service.
Last Thursday we went to this location to ship a package for second day air.
Tracking online shows our package sat at this location until Monday.
Our package did not arrive in San Diego until yesterday Wednesday almost a full week. Our package contained perishable food holiday tamales which if not delivered in 4 days, they will spoil.
These were a family recipe and they were being sent to family for New Year's Eve dinner.
Thank you UPS for failing us and not delivering on your promise.
We called to complain and no refund was given or any compensation for the spoiled food. We just kept getting shuffled around from rep to rep.
I felt like they were hoping that you get frustrated and hang up.
Terrible customer service and a sad excuse for a delivery company.
Should've used FedEx.
No more UPS for our family.
