  • Terrible. They have one job to do...clean my car. How hard is it ??? I am often short of time and get the quickie outside only option..... the inside stays pretty clean anyway. After the third time of them missing ... not just a spot, missing an entire panel, I will not go back. After a rainstorm here in Las Vegas, the muddy water spots are pretty obvious.... I don't know how on earth they missed that !!! I asked the guy who dried my car at the end about it, telling him that this is the third time I had to find missed areas..... he informed me that I only paid for the cheep service!!!! The " cheep service " is merely exterior only..... Yah, so clean the exterior!!!! If they can't even do that with pride, why would I ever want to get more service from them to do a bad job on ??? Oh, and the jerk at the front end who writes tickets needs to stop flirting and stop touching my bare arm.....yuck !!!!! That alone is enough to make me not go back. Also, I get the feeling that management and/or the owner does not treat the employees very well, you can feel the tension in the air.
