  • Nice meeting you too Shelly Wood. First off, your approach to trying to be, oh so kind about my review on Yelp, Google and Facebook is a direct indication of actually how spiteful you are. I would have loved to talk with you months ago; you never returned my phone call. I have been in your store, I have seen first hand how the dresses look. Maybe you should be in the store to see how those beautiful Sheri Hill dresses are handled by your employees. You are very fake, and can paint a pretty picture on Yelp... I find it very tacky to share your credentials on a situation where you and your employees were rude, unorganized and the truth was told in my review. Don't get your hopes high that I was up at 1am over your store; my indication of another insult from such a religious/wanting to be my friend person. If you truly cared about your customers, I would have not been treated so bad by your receptionist. I find it so funny that you don't ask them why they were not doing their job and apologizing to me about the experience that we received in your store? Why did you never reach out to me until now? I don't need to actually tell anyone nor have I about your store. The reputation is already known. My daughter was able to order her beautiful dress and was taken care of by a wonderful bridal store. The point of reviews on businesses is to help you grow in areas you need to improve. I have plenty of money to buy my own coffee, do not insult me. You need to find kindness in your heart and own up to mistakes that happen in YOUR store. A simple phone call saying you were sorry for our experience would have been great! You did not even do that. I am a very happy person and in touch with God. What sinful person tells someone else such hateful words? I would not mind sitting down with you, months ago when there was a problem. Maybe you should not own many stores if you're unable to own up to mistakes and apologize in direct actions of your business. It's wonderful that you seem to find time with charities for girls who can not afford dresses. I have been around many charities and the princess project is amazing. My daughter actually never has been to a dance due to her insecurities that she has had from the time she was in 7th grade. I would never purchase a $700 dress, but she went through a surgery in December and I told her I wanted her to feel like a princess for all the times she was bullied, and insecure to go to a dance. To think all this could have been prevented by a simple phone call from you to me. I guess this will be a good lesson as a business owner. May god find peace within you to be more humble ;)
