The nurses were very kind, however the issue I had was with the DOUBLE charge for the surgery. It was an accident on their part which they were going to correct, however, not ONE front desk staff apologized for the error. They knew about their charging error on Friday and did not take the time to call an inform me. When we showed up for my sons surgery The staff acted as though it was my issue to deal with and not a big deal. I think $1100 is kind of a big deal and luckily I had the money to cover their billing error. Bad form Durango surgery. We had enough to deal with having our young son in surgery. A sincere apology would have gone a long way.
