rev:text	One Word Horrible! I usually go to Dream Nails on 94th and Camelback but i decided to try Pretty Nails since it was close to my work and a Convenient stop on my way back home from work. I was a little unsure at first because I never cheat on my nail tech back at Dream Nails but with 4th of July around the corner and so many things to do i HAD to get them done ASAP. Before i went into Pretty Nails i read reviews on Yelp some good some bad it was a hit or miss nail salon i thought and im not TOO picky with my nails as long as they look good until my next fill ill be satisfied i also expect my tech to take no longer than 45minutes to do a fill -- well anyway... I walked into the Salon at exactly 4pm is was practically empty with another lady getting a pedi their were only two tech's in at the time. they asked what service i wanted and i said i needed a fill a lady by the name of Van My Pho sat me at her station i had already picked out the polish i wanted i then told her i previously had gel polish on but i was going to to regular polish with a gel top coat she then told me it would be 5 dollars extra i agreed. She then followed up by filing my polish of with the filing drill and i kid you not she would accidently file my SKIN with the drill atleast twice each finger after she filed my skin with the drill 3-4 times each finger i began to count the times she would file onto my skin i counted a total of 22 times that she filed my SKIN with the drill which is very scary! by then i looked at the time and it was 426PM she had taken 26minutes to FILE OFF MY POLISH i was very upset. *During this is happening 5 walk ins come in and let me remind you theirs only TWO NAIL TECHS that are already busy with a customer they walk in they tell my tech what they want done and she said to me okay 5 minute ?! in my head i was thinking you nor the other tech will be done in 5 minutes then a guy walked in and he was another tech and took one of the walk ins for a full set. so now there are a three techs. She primed my nails put acrylic on and i asked if she could cut down my nails and agreed and cut them down when she was filing them she asked if i liked them squared or round i said square and for some odd reason she made them round ! ok no big deal... she then told me to wash my hands and she began polishing my nails in a hurry of coarse because their was other walk in waiting she then said before we put your gel top coat on u have to let dry your nails for 10minutes i was thinking to myself she was doing this on purpose so she can start on the other walk ins which in fact she did she sat 2 of the walk ins down at the pedicure station and began filing there water then the guy nail tech told her something in vietnamiese apparently she grabbed the wrong walk in because their was another lady waitinfg that had checked in before them so she called the OTHER walk in back who wnted a manicure she then moved me over to an empty station while she worked on another client. the 10 minutes i was suppose to b waiting for my nails to dry turned into 30minutes of drying i was very very upset i then told her that my nails were dry and i needed the top coat on so i can leave she got up quickly put the coat on and went back to the other customer. She had some one check on my nails 6minutes later and he told me they were dry. she then came up to charge me telling me it was a total of 25$ wanting to get out of their quickly i signed left a tip and walked out at 557PM Once i got in my car i looked at my nails and the polish was such a beatiful color but then i realized that NONE of my nails were filed evenly or where the same lenght it looked like my little sister filed my nails! then i realized she over charged me she had originallly quoted me 15 for a fill and 5 for gel top coat so the total would be 20$ my total was 25 and i left a 5 dollar tip which i was nice enough to do i usually pay 30$ at the place i usually go to i shouldve jst went there for way better service! Thats not the end! the next day when i took a shower i was getting dressed and looked down at my nails EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAD CRACKED NAIL POLISH I WAS SO FURIOUS I SWEAR I COULDVE CRIED. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO "PRETTY NAILS". i usually never give reviews unless i get REALLY good service or REALLY bad services this has got to be the worst salon ive gone to. :(
