  • Probably the best in the industry!!!! I can't say enough good things about this company, and will definitely do whatever it takes to keep a customer! Ken my service tech went above and beyond to do his job and ensure our problem was fixed before he left the house! Thank you Ken for your time and your efforts on all of our behalf, you're greatly appreciated bud! MAJOR UPDATE.........Well after my first review I called Bumblebee Plumbing as I was in need of an emergency service, because I had a water leaking out of the ceiling fan for whatever reason. They CLEARY advertise that they have 24/7 emergency service, unfortunately, that is not true! Mike at the office did confirm with me that they are no longer doing 24/7 emergency service calls and that they will be removing it from all of their advertising, but either way I am utterly upset and disappointed because I relied on Bumblebee plumbing in times of an emergency and I couldn't have needed to count on them more than ever before and they failed to come through and tell me last minute that they are no longer doing service calls on Sundays! I mean I totally respect that but don't advertise that 24 hour emergency service and then you can't come through with your commitment! Once again I'm very upset... I did mention that they were possibly the best in the industry, but I retract my statement after further dealings with the company!!!
