I'm all for a getting a good deal and great service!
So when I found the pretty kitty, I had used a Groupon to see if I'd like them.
Totally did and now I won't go anywhere else.
This last Tuesday I went in, I had made my appointment for 11am.
I get there 7-10min earlier, come in say hi to the girl, who was totally unimpressed probably hates her job cause she had the face of like wanting to be anywhere else.
I sit. And wait. And wait. And 11:12 is when I am finally seen.
I guess previous appointment ran long.
Honestly hate when you have an appointment and then they see you late. It is a total waste of my time! Especially if I came in early so I wouldn't make someone else run late after me.
The Brazilian was great, the girl was super cool and did a very nice job.
However back to that front girl, she literally couldn't be more miserable.
I went to pay and told her I had my check in from Yelp, she's like well you used them previously so this is the last time you'll be able to use it.
I'm like cool but definitely need to let Yelp know that there's a limit on how many you can use.
And don't get me wrong, I don't mind if I wasn't able to use it. It's the way she was condescending and as if trying to embarrass me in front of the other people waiting.
The Pretty Kitty, if you don't want someone using the $15 off for checking in with Yelp, then set up some restrictions like you do with your Groupon in the fine writing that it's for new clients or that there's a max of 3 or whatever so that we your clients don't have to be told rudely about it by your staff.
And get a new front desk girl cause that one you have doesn't want to be there.
