  • We replaced TWO air handlers and air conditioners during the month of July 2013. Luckily we found Diamondback Air recommended from a friend or ours. John, the owner was very clear and provided in-depth information and recommendations. We had pretty much done our homework prior to speaking to him so the research and his opinion made our decision easy. The staff consisting of Dustin, Andy, Mark, Billy, Sergio were EXCELLENT! They worked tirelessly on very old 1984 systems and encountered several additional problems, leaking water, rust, additional sheet metal work and electrical work without a complaint....they simply fixed the problem to make it all work with no additional cost to us! Frankly, we did not think there was a company nor it staff left in American that actually did what they said they were going to do and did it well. It was a very pleasant surprise. The old systems were hauled out, house and garage was cleaned up and the two systems are working great. Could not recommend it highly enough.
