  • Disappointed. Went to the salon to get a pedicure today. Chose the seasonal pedicure. Color very nice but very very poor technique for pedicure. The person that did my pedicure, Maria, was very nice but that was about it. I had a lot of skin that needed removal on my heels and she barely buffed/ removed any of it. My friend was also getting a pedicure next to me and her technician seemed much better. Her technician took her time and even gave her a really good foot massage, where mine started the foot massage after my friend and finished way before. I have lots of skin on my heels and will go home to remove it. I do not care that I get to take a nail polish home. I care that I get a really good pedicure for a 50 minute treatment costing $110. I have had better pedicures in small nail shops for only $30.00! The ambiance is not impressive and does not add to the experience. Will not be returning. I actually dropped the rating to one star because I had a very good friend of mine who does pedicures look at my feet and explain to me that not only did she not know how to do a proper pedicure in terms of proper removal of skin off heels as well as proper removal of excess skin around the nails, but the worst part is that she cut the nails improperly and this increases the risk of ingrown toenails. My friend ended up cutting them for me again and redoing the whole pedicure for me tonight. Definitely not returning to this absolutely terrible technician and I regret having given her a tip had I known better. It also says very poor quality about the salon.
