  • If you want to try CrossFit you need to head to Full Strength. Do your homework and you will find this is not a new gym with a brand new staff - it has been in business for over 5 years and the staff is well trained, certified and experienced. The owner is Gayle - and she competes nationally in CrossFit and consistently places in the top 5 in her division. I definitely want her teaching my CrossFit class! CrossFit is suddenly popular and many gyms are opening and hanging out their CrossFit sign - why go there when you can head to a gym that has been around and will be around for a long time? Don't hesitate if you have not been to a CrossFit class before - the other people in your class will make you feel welcome and the instructors will guide you at a pace that works for you. Gayle also offers CrossFit for kids - she's also a hockey player and has coached youth hockey for years - she enjoys coaching kids and it shows in her CrossFit classes she offers for them. This is the best workout I have ever had - and I say that after every class I have attended.
