  • I decided, against my better judgment, to get this place another try. Unfortunately, yet again today, the same doesn't give a crap a crap employee (Who happens to be the manager!!) was working. Their machine for drying went down, but no warning or sign was given. When I went to tell employee the dryer was down, he shrugged and said "well yeah it's not working." He asked if I used spot free rinse, which OK. Yup. "Spot free." Asked me what I expected him to do. Only $6 but my car, instead of clean, is covered in water spots. Use this hellhole at your own peril. I understand stuff happens and technology fails, but his attitude was utter crap, and that's what kills this place for me.
