  • I work for a real estate company and we use Hi-Desert for all our used appliance or even appliance repair needs. Chris has been helping us for a long long time! They will send someone out to look at any appliance you are having an issue with for free. They will give you a reasonable estimate and they will give you options on what they might have available refurbished. They also give you a warranty with the product I believe it's 60 or 90 days; not 100% sure. I have bought several refurbished appliances which have been in great condition but may have some dings or scratches on the front. Working in property management the looks aren't important, it doesn't have to be perfect looking. We have had a couple issues like an appliance being delivered nonfunctional or too small and they have always addressed the issue immediately. They give you friendly service everytime and all my Tenants are happy with their customer service. We have no reason to use anyone else!
