  • I I visited this Sprint Store on May 16th 2018. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. A Sprint employee walked up to me and introduced himself as Christopher. Christopher asked what brings me in the store today. I informed him that I had awful service at the Sister Sprint store down the street. How the Sprint employee at the store insisted I buy a iPhone X even after I told him I wasn't a fan of the X. Then he walked away during our conversation and started talking to his buddy! So I told Christopher I walked out. Christopher apologized for the customer service and then asked what I was looking for. I asked him about the Sprint promotions and he explained what Sprint had to offer and all my options. He answered all my questions and I walked away satisfied with an iPhone 8+. I was looking for decent customer service after my first horrible experience and I received excellent customer service. Christopher went above and beyond and I will always come back to this store for questions and future purchases! BTW, this location is open.
