  • Made an oil change appointment for 9:30am. Waited in line to be checked in for 20 minutes, then they didn't even start on my car until 11:20 and it took them almost an hour. Ridiculous. When I asked why, they said it was because I showed up late...I got there at 9:32. It wouldn't have mattered if I had gotten there 2 minutes earlier because I would have spent that time waiting to be checked in. Once my free oil changes end when my mileage goes up, I will definitely not be returning. I'd rather pay Meineke to have fast friendly service.
