  • I was 5-10 minutes late for my appointment. They said they wouldn't take me. So I went next door to the car wash/quick lube and they got me in without an appointment. Pretty clear to me who has better customer service and is willing to put the customer first. I'll be getting all future synthetic oil changes ($55+) at the car wash next door.
