  • THIEFS!!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This company was great at one time but, ever since the owners son Will took over it has gone down the drain! The service became mediocre at best and then January came, we sent in our payment for the month and they just stopped showing up all together. No call, no notice as to why the sudden change in service. We couldn't even get in touch with anyone at the office or get anyone to return our calls. It was only through calling and hunting down multiple different numbers to finally get a hold of Will did we find out they are in the process of converting to a new management company (if that's even true). All this while as of the 22nd still having no service! We were promised to have our payment reimbursed which still has never happened, we were told it had been mailed (NEVER CAME), then that Will himself would drop it by the house (NEVER HAPPENED) and now we can't get any of these thief's to return our call!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE IF YOUR SERVICED AT ALL!!!! BEWARE!!!
