Ridiculous waste of time and money.. They come up with any reason to deny a claim. My cat ingested something toxic in the garden and they declined it because she vomited in the past (so it's a pre-existing condition). Ok. But does it count that my cat was an indoor cat until recently? My puppy got nipped during play which developed into a nodule - guess what, it's somehow considered a pre-existing dermalogical condition because he was itchy (allergic to chicken) so no to that. I also hate how they make you run around getting the information from every vet you've ever seen since the birth of your pet and when that vet sends over their elaborate notes, it's still somehow not sufficient, they want some additional information. Also, they covered one claim but I've yet to receive a check and it's been months. Suffice to say, I cancelled my policy as of 5 minutes ago. The headache alone is not worth paying $50/month for no peace of mind.
