UPDATE: Today I brought my vehicle in for another recall to be serviced. When I get in my car after it has been serviced, there are greasy hand prints in the middle console, a chick-fil-A straw wrapper on the floor USED napkins in the cup holders and crumbs of chicken batter all over the front seat. I went inside to tell the service department that someone had obviously taken my car out to lunch and was told that I was mistaken and that there is no possible way there were crumbs in my car, and they are not sure how the napkins, grease prints and wrappers got in there. The service tech came out and told me that I must have been mistaken and that those were not crumbs but pieces of rubber from the repair. I went back to the vehicle and scooped up BOTH crumbs from his lunch AND pieces of rubber to show I know the difference.
I am irate that not only was my vehicle used to go to lunch but was ate in, but also that they think I am so ignorant to believe they did not eat in my vehicle. I was not apologized to and no ownership of this action was taken at all. I did receive a free voucher for a car wash. The last dealership I used would wash your car every time it was brought to the dealership for any reason so this does not appease me.
