  • I lived at Partenza for just over 5 years until October of 2015 and I loved it. They did go through a few managers, some great, some not so great, but over all good. The maintenance was very good and responsive. The units are well maintained and include a washer/dryer, tiny outdoor space in back with storage and a small patio in front that we used to grill and hang out with our immediate neighbors. The pool and landscaping were always well maintained and in excellent condition. The parking was a little tight, but not a big deal. The location is great and within walking distance to the new target that is going in as of June 2017 on 16th and Indian School. I can honestly say, if we hadn't bought a house, we would still be living there.
