  • As anyone who's ever moved from one state to another can attest getting all your car transfer needs done can be an exhaustive process. This is where YELP can be a life saver. I called Michele and she took the time on the phone to get the information needed from me to help find the best price for car insurance under the Farmers blanket. In my case I was lucky enough to be pulled over for expired CA plates the day before and had an officer who explained I needed NV insurance when I go to the DMV. Michele took the time to further explain the need for a smog test and VIN inspection. I was able to get both of those done by the time I came into the office to sign the insurance papers and get my insurance cards. In the office she gave me the tip of making an appointment with the DMV and boy that helped as I was in and out within a half hour, otherwise I was told it was a 4 hour wait! Michele explained the policy in detail and I appreciate the fact that when we can revisit the policy when it's up she will check to see if we can get a better rate. In 25 years of driving I have never had an insurance agent as friendly and knowledgeable as Michele!!
