| - This place has certainly gone way downhill. We were greeted by an eye rolling (literally) young woman. We waited briefly for a table, but then sat at that table for at least 15 minutes before being greeted by a server who wasn't even supposed to be ours. Tyler, our server, was outstanding. Otherwise, this whole lunch experience was awful. We waited 45 minutes for food when finally we asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Kevin, came over, finally, with our food. We expressed our frustration with the eye rolling and the 45 minute wait for food. He blamed the new hostess saying, "She flooded the restaurant with tables." And, " She doesn't know how to deal with stress." Next he offered us a free round or dessert. We declined as our one beer lunch had morphed into a 2 beer lunch already because of the wait. Kevin was sarcastic and condescending, and I almost died when he blamed the 19 or 20 year old hostess for all of the problems. When Kevin left our table, after not apologizing, we began eating and then realized our food was ice cold. I sent back the potato skins I ordered and asked Tyler to nuke my soup. When we received the bill, we were quite shocked to see nothing beside the skins I had sent back was removed from our bill. We paid our bill and way overtipped Tyler because he was great. At the end of our lunch, a random server had the audacity to come over to our table and sarcastically say, " You ladies should come on A Monday. It's a lot less busy." As if complaining about waiting for 45 minutes is okay in any situation. This place is a mess and we will lot be returning. Terrible.
