Like any hospital, there are good caregivers and the odd one who just doesn't give a rats ass and is rude. (She works on Endoscopy desk, and that grouch in the out patient lab). That being said I find this place peopled with friendly staff mostly, and gifted staff who save lives. I owe this place a lot. Modern and central, it's a good one to live near to. Great food court, hero burger- sushi - & more in the next-door (attadched) MSARS building. Underground parking. Clean, bright, for most part. Lots of red tape as with any big hospital. But lots of heart too. The calm space they have created in the grotto for patients and family is a welcome and thoughtful space.
