This review is for their service department. I've owned my Q5 for 5 months now. Great car, great buying experience. The first week I had to bring my car to the service department and the guy kept reiterating to me how important it is to make an appointment (which I had). Now, Audi allegedly has superior customer service, something the pride themselves on. This week I called to schedule my first maintenance. Made an appointment and arrived on time. Was NEVER offered a loaner and was told the service takes about 90 minutes. My husband even called to verify. 2 hours later and not only is my car not ready, it will be another hour. So the "easy" service takes 3 hours. If they mentioned this up front, I would not have an issue. Also, when we purchased the car, our sales man was raving about how wonderful their service department is and how they will come pick up your car and take it to be serviced or offer you a loaner car. This is not my experience. For a luxury vehicle dealership and service department, their customer service is seriously lacking.
