  • Upon entering the receptionist yelled "she ever been here before?" Not a hi or welcome. She yelled out everyone's insurance information across the lobby. Very unprofessional. Some kid pulled us back to check vitals;seemed very unsure of what he was doing. The PA I'm guessing came in without introducing herself and began her exam. The only saving grace was that she did a good exam on my kiddo. Didn't have our prescription in stock and was told by the same vitals kid that it was expensive here. Hahahaha. Just an all around shotty job. Not cool. Won't ever be returning for sure!
