  • "Checked in online". Came 5 minutes before my appointment time. Came in and the lady was in the back she was talking on the phone. Didn't acknowledge me at all. Stood there at the check-in counter for a little while. She came up to me, told the person on the phone to hold on a second, put the phone down, told me that No one could dye my hair till 12noon. I told her is come back. Came back at 11:55. Walked in the door sat down, (the same lady from this morning) no hello no nothing,I sat down thinking ok it's not 12 yet so I'll wait. 12:15 the other girl walks in. No communication between the lady that was already there and the one that strolls in. Till about five minutes after when the new girl comes up to me and asks me if I'm waiting for anyone in particular I said no I think I'm actually waiting for you to dye my hair and cut it. She said no problem I can help you and she took me to one of the chairs. Cut my hair started dying my hair she wasn't thrilled to be there very quiet. She died my hair told me to wait 15 minutes I sat there. What really gets on my nerves is that they were both in the back and I heard the original lady talking about me saying that I walked in here strolling in here acting like I owned the place and that I was so rude to her and I was the B word ?!?!?? I couldn't believe that I heard her say that about me I was so disappointed because I really like Supercuts and I was very disappointed I will never be going back here! Also I was so upset that my hair looked bad, looked like orange highlights not red and she layered my hair and I did not request that! Negative vibes and not nice ppl!!!!
