Normally I have great experiences here (been coming for 20+yrs) but there are 2 things that need to be addressed: move all of the displays by the door to the bakery/starbucks. It's like you don't want people to enter your store. It's crowded and creates alot of foot traffic issues. Also, please train all of your Starbucks baristas the same. I buy a breakfast burrito/coffee at Starbucks EVERYDAY using my app. Today the lady said they dont do that. When I told her they've done it everyday for over a month, she simply said they aren't suppose to. I cancelled everything and walked out. Now what I should have heard is "I can go ahead and do that for you today and I'll get clarification for the future." Instead, she opted to lose a long standing customer. Why can't companies get their customer experiences consistent??!! It's just not that difficult. Train your people the same.
