  • Thank you to Zerorez for being honest! We just moved into our house and wanted to get the carpet cleaned. The representative who came out was on time and very professional. Most important she was 100% honest! We were lead to believe that our carpet stains were from spills but turns out it was due to the prior owners dog. Instead of over promising and charging us over the top pricing, the representative suggested we save our money and use it towards a new carpet. It sucks we need a new carpet, but I am happy I called Zerorez and was given an honest assessment.
