Overall I was quite disappointed with the quality of service. Many of the hygienists' chairs face the wall, making it feel like you're boxed in. While they do have TVs they will rarely ask if you would like to watch. Cheap fluorescent lighting and no eye protection was offered from bright dental lights and tools (I had a friend who had her sclera scratched from dental tools so am very weary about this). I had a dental surgery there and was disappointed that a) the dentist was unsure of which teeth he was removing and had to spend 15 minutes double-checking and b) the surgical assistant was incredibly rude and difficult. She shoved the suction tube too far down by throat causing me to gag (although I typically do not have a problem with my gag reflex) and snapped at me when I asked she not move it down so far. After my surgery (which was quite uncomfortable), my dentist forgot to prescribe me any pain medication and never followed up with me to see how I recovered. And on a shallower note, the magazines are old, the decor is drab and they have very few fluoride flavours. I switched to a dentist downtown and never looked back, the experience is completely different. I would definitely not recommend this clinic.
