  • This is my first bad review. I really only like to give good reviews but Jennifer Martin deserves only 1 star. She was leasing a few of my condos in LV. We had lots of turnover but I wasn't very critical of that. I just thought it was the market. But it was all of the lies she told me about things that were done and never were. I drove out one day because I knew something wasn't right. One of my units was vacant and I was told a lockbox was on it so I could view it. I called when I was 2 hours out to make sure the information I was told was correct. The office confirmed again. Once I got there, there was no lockbox! I called the office and they said they did not get a chance to put it on (even though they confirmed 2 hours earlier it was there). They said I had to drive out of my way to their office to get the key. I was not happy and they agreed to place the lockbox on later that day so when I left town the next morning, I could view the unit. Guess what? Yep! No lockbox the next morning. This was just the straw that broke the camel's back. There were numerous other miscommunications and outright lies that I let slide. But I kind of blame myself for sticking around to deal with a person who has absolutely no integrity - at least not with me. BEWARE.
