All it took was about 2 minutes watching Coach Adam and the rest of the staff interact with the kids to know this is a quality-run business. I feel bad using the word business because from the start they make you feel like family. In fact they refer to the kids as family. In addition to teaching Jiu-Jitsu they stress manners, respect, tolerance, and above all else, avoid the fight if at all possible.
In a world hyper-focused on bullying, they stress avoiding the situation, but if that is not an option, the kids learn to defend themselves. This ability, along with the culture that Coach Adam creates, builds confidence.
This is hands-down one of the best things we do for our son. Highly, highly recommend!!!
