  • We stayed at South Point in August for the first time. We got lost driving our rental car to the hotel and called South Point in a panic. The lady who answered the phone was WONDERFUL!! She stayed on the phone with us as our guide until we found the hotel. I wish I had gotten her name. But I want to compliment the hotel for the wonderful customer service. The hotel was great. Very nice and with great amenities. The front desk even checked us in for our flight home and printed our boarding passes. Rooms are smoke free and beautiful and restaurants had great food. Parking is easy and convenient. Shuttle service to airport was great. Away from the crowded areas in down town, but close enough to see the sights. The only negative was the cigarette smoke in the casino. We will definitely go back. I highly recommend South Point.
