  • After years of going here and dealing with the rotation of nurse practitioners, I will not be going back again. The office staff are pleasant but, Debbie Trotchie, Nurse Practitioner is not punctual or concerned that she's wasting your time. This was the second time that I've had to wait over 30 minutes in a cold exam room when I was her first appointment of the day. This last time, I could hear the staff asking where she was but, nobody came to say anything to me after I asked when going into the room if she was on time & being told she'd be here any minute. After 30 minutes, I dressed and left JUST as she was walking into the office. I find it completely disrespectful to my time and clearly, lack of communication in the office. Besides that, I received a reminder of my appointment (12/22 9am) on 12/19 and then, 10 minutes after I left their office, I received another appointment reminder but, this time, it said 12/22 8:30am. Clearly, there's something askew here. When I left and stated the reason why, not even an apology from anybody. I will not be returning. Very disappointing.
