i showed up and there are two entrances, one on the north side and one on the west side of the building(use the west side entrance), no one greeted me and i stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for some instruction on how to sign in. I finally entered the main room and was told by Heidi to pick a chair so i did , then she came over and told me to go back to the front and fill out information. That was fine but then i sat down to get acupuncture and the woman that runs the place, Heidi, laughed in my face as i was explaining my pain and anxiety issues, and said "sorry you are just very animated" and laughed again. I was then so uncomfortable i didn't know what to do, by the time i thought i should probably leave after that comment she had already began putting the needles in. I paid for 3 treatments and i am not comfortable going back for the other two. very dissatisfied with this experience. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. this was in front of everyone, the room is a common room that she does the treatments in so i had someone to the right and left of me within ear shot. the treatment itself was fine, she was gentle and informative but i will never go back. i got a 3 sessions groupon and that is now wasted because she has made me feel very insecure about ever coming in again. I enjoyed the acupuncture but unfortunately Heidi's comment has stayed with me and made me even more anxious when i visited her to lessen my anxiety. I guess i would suggest if you go in there to make sure you have no personality as Heidi does not seem to appreciate bigger personalities, I would have only given 1 star but the acupuncture was ok. i had never done it before though so i do not have anything to base it off of.
