  • I decided to try EWC over my usual waxing salon because I saw EWC had such great reviews. I couldn't regret it more. From the start, the technician was curt, bordering on downright rude. She also had horrible technique. I get waxed regularly, but I've never had someone pour on as much wax at one time as she did. Whole swathes of my skin were covered, which meant it often took her three to four attempts to pull off a single strip. This was not only more painful, but in two areas she actually tore my skin. When she finally told me she was finished, I noticed multiple patches of hair that hadn't been removed. When I pointed them out, she told me I would have to just get them myself at home. It was completely unacceptable. I've never had such a bad experience and I won't be returning.
